For about two years I worked in the communication department at the New York Public Library, on a wide variety of projects ranging from: library branch signage, to special event invitations, and everything in between. Below are some of the more interesting examples of my work there.
The New York Public Library
Select examples of various way-finding done around the entire library system. I was hand-on for this program, involved in all mechanicals, surveying library patrons, and assisting in installation with various vendors.

NYPL TEEN ZONE After-School Program
Environmental graphic created for spaces reserved for teens to meet after school in select branches of The New York Public Librariy. The brief was to create something dynamic and appealing to teenagers while staying firmly within The New York Public Library's (NYPL) brand guidelines.
Book cover design for a “guide for formerly incarcerated people” with information to help them reassimilate into society. The brief was to create something “uplifting” so I started the design from the concept of spirituality, and followed a thread that became more and more abstract.
The NYPL Connections Book Cover
T-shirt design for the NYPL Fightin’ Lions, the third place team of the 2016 Intra-library season. For this I went a little out of the brand style guide, but only as far as I was comfortable with. Go Lions!
